Landscaping in Industrial and Commercial Construction.

Our zoning by-law has recently. changed to include landscaping in designated
areas. Construction takes place during seasons when we couldn't get landscaping done
or completed . Occupancy occurs prior to.this being dove. a

Ltn nant? dusure completion of landscaping after occupancy does become a problem.
There are two ways of accomplishing more results in a more tolerable level. One being

cash holdback to. completion, the other is agreement by way of licencing. . The latter

would require a condition of occupancy including licencing that the landscaping will be
—___completed within a growing season. _

A solution could be further. Persued possibly at Committee level that. we may__._

resolve the problem. mone
