DRAFT RESOLUTION

That the Agreement between The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam and Lincoln Projects Ltd. dated the Twenty~eighth
day of February, 1975, respecting Lot "B", Block 3, District Lot 379,
Group One, Plan 1213, New Westminster District; and Land Use Contract
“No. 3 vherein certain details respecting the illuminated signs to be
erected under the terms of the said Land Use Contract No. 3 are set © |
out. be approved;

| _AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized

to sign the said Agreement on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate

Seal thereto.
