In construction it is frams on a concrete slab. The
services are centralized and the resident rooms are in
clusters.

There is ones aspsct of the four-bed rooms in this design.
These rooms are in effect divided, with each bed having
its own window. They have two alternatives as to bath's:

(a) Individual one-half bath with central bath and showers.
(b) Central bathroom with no bath in each facility.

The exterior is basically finished in treated cedar.

is a 156 bed capacity with ten single and seventy-three

Most of the services are on the main floor, with an
