DISCUSSION:

The proposed two lots subdivision received support from the Municipal
Council on July 12, 1993, subject to submission of a development variance
application. The current application satisfy the condition imposed by
Council. It is therefcre, recommended that this application be approved
subject to the conditions noted above.
