1. A building code analysis should be done by the applicant.

2. Insure building code requirements do not significantly change the DP
Plans. Some items to review are :

a) exits for underground parking and for each floor area

b) spacial separation between buildings
c) requirements for persons with disabilities

DISCUSSION:

The proposed building generally conforms to zoning regulations and the
design. guidelines outlined in the Official Community Plan. It is therfore,
