THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT

BYLAW NO. 2480

A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which are more particularly described as:

a) Lot 1 b) Lot 156
District Lot 479 District Lot 479
Group One Group One

Plan 20117 Plan 26223
both in New Westminster District
are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to C-2 (Neighbourhood

Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2480".
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 18th day of December, 1989.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 18th day of December, 1989.

Public Hearing held this 8th day of January, 1990.
