APR 3- 19gq : : WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162” 4 AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Plan has been prepared and after First Reading of this Bylaw the Council has: (a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to ensure consistency between them; (b) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic . , Strategy Plan entitled “Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy” to ensure consistency between them; (ce) determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for consideration; (d) determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the | oe District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt hoe oun Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. oor | NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of The Corporation of a the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Seetion 4.4.1 (1) of Schedule "A" of the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" is amended by inserting, after clause (h) the following as clause (4); "(j) Lands east of Pitt River Road along Argue Street” os ian . 2. Section 4.4.2 (1) (b) of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is amended by a inserting, after clause (iii) the following as clause (iv): “(iv) Waterfront Comprehensive Development Area is permitted a density of 152 dwelling units per hectare.” , be 3.
