Amending Schedule A, Plan Map, redesignating the South Mary Hill area from Resdiential Phase || Development to Residential, Phase | Development and Apartment Fhase | Development, B.» That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw rezoning Lots 44 - 55 of Block 14 inclusive and Lot E (d77145) all of DL 168 and 169 Gp. 1, NWD, Plan 2261 from A~1t and RS-3 to A-1, RS=2, RM-3 and RM=~4, C. And that the amending bylaws to the Official Community Plan and rezoning bylaw be held at third reading subject to the developer meeting development requirements for subdivision and Slope stabilization. COMMENTS: This application has reached the stage of completion for work on land use designation and design of the proposed subdivsion, that approval in principle is being sought.
