SUBJECT: Sate of City Property ~ 2300 Block Lobb Avenue.

RESOLUTION:

"WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. That Lots 2-6, inclusive, Block 3, District Lot 290, Group
Gne, Plan 1957, New Westminster District, (located on the
Southside of the 2300 Block of Lobb Avenue) be sold to
Inlet Realty Ltd., 2226 St. Johns Street, Port Moody, B.C.
V3H 2A7 (or its nominee) at or for the price or sum of

$92,500.00.
The adjustment date be November 13th, 1987 or earlier.

The possession date be November 13th, 1987 or earlier.

The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents
necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the

Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Whe'n the time for receipt of tenders for the above noted
property closed at 12:00 noon on Thursday, September 10th, 1987
three tenders had been received. The other two tenders were in
the amounts of $25,000.00 and $9,005.00. )
