Re: Zoning Amendment By-law #1259 The above-noted Zoning Amendment By-law received third reading on August 20th, 1973 and removes the zone designation of RS-2 (One~Family Suburban Residential) assigned to Lot 24, 25, and 26, Block I, District Lot 255, Group One, Plan 2106, New Westminster District and assigns the zone designation of RS-1l (One-Family Residential) to the property. This property is located at 1735 Langan Avenue. The rezoning was subject to the following three requirements: 1. A contribution of $600.00 to upgrade the Water system in the area. This has now been paid. 2.. A lot consolidation so as to produce 2 lets rather than the 3 existing lote so as to provide one new home site. This has been attended to and the Approving Officer is in a position to approve the required subdivision plan upon passage of the Zoning Amendment By-law. 3. The approval of the Minister of Municipal Affairs (since the Property involved is located in the City's flood-plain) and this has now been received. Zoning Amendment By-law No. 1259 is therefore available this evening for final reading. AOD 4 nes City Clerk /bA
