SUBJECT: Hyde Creek

RECOMMENDATION:

That the Hyde Creek gymnasium be closed for the months of July and August.

BACKGROUND _ AND COMMENTS :

Over the past few years we have closed the Hyde Creek gymnasium during
the months of July and August. The demand for the rental of the room
is virtually non-existent. Furthermore, we now utilize the staff from
the Hyde Creek gymnasium . to work in the parks. By utilizing the
staff in the parks we do have a cost saving to the City.
