The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coqttitlan

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Porc Coquitlam City Nall,
2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, March 16th, 1981 at 7:30 pm to consider
the following Proposed by-law to- amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,
1979, No. 1651".
By-law 1619: to remove the Zone Designation of RS~2 assigned to:
(a) Lot 1, 2, and 3, of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township
40, Plan 11924, New Westminster District; and,
(b) Fast 172.5 feet of Parcel "a" (Reference Plan 257) of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 40, New
Westminster District; and,
at portion of closed road shown hatched on the Plan attached to

the "Killarney Street Road Exchange Ly~law, 1981, No. 1808";

and assigning the Zone Designation of RS-1 to the said property,

presently has the civic addressos of 970, 980, 990 and 1022 Victoria
