LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 20, District Lot 463, Plan 1997 BACKGROUND: The subject development site is located at the northeast corner of Wilson and Mary Hill Road, adjacent to the City~owned properties on the north side Wilson. The Site consists of four 33-foot lots, giving a total site area of 16,100 square feet. The proposed development is a one~-storey retail commercial building with 8,185 square feet retail floor area. Parking for 17 cars is provided in front of the biilding. RECOMMENDATION: The Committee recommends that the proposed development be advanced to Public Hearing. Ahir . Lee, City Planner.
