_A By-law to stop up and close to traffic a portion of road

shown dedicated on By~law Plan 41210 situated in District Lot 480, Group
One, New Westminster District, in the City of Port Coquitlam.

WHEREAS pursuant to Subsection (1)(b) of Section 513 of the
“Municipal Act", being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, -

1960 and amendments thereto, the Municipal Council may by by-law stop up and

close to traffic a portion or any portion of a highway;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of

Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of
highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City

“of Port Coquitlam, in epen meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1, ALL that portion of road shown dedicated on By-law Plan 41210

situated in District Lot 480, Group One, New Westminster District, which may

‘be more particularly described as follows:

All that portion of road shown dedicated on By-law Plan 41210
situated in District Lot 480, Group One, New Westminster District,

having an area of 0.0562 hectares, included within the red outline

“on a By-law Plan sworn by Allan Titley, B.C.L.S., and dated the
14th day of September, 1978, a copy of which said plan is

attached hereto;

is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic.

2. This By~law may be cited for all purposes as the "Angelo Avenue

Plan 41210 Road Closure By-law, 1978, No. 1627",
