L t t i j L of developing the small piece of City owned land located between Pinemont Avenue and Hemlock Crescent as a children's park Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution Alderman Ranger advised that there is a drainage problem in the area and provision should be made by the City to correct the problem when the park is being planned. Alderman Keryluk advised some concern was expressed at the Public Information Meeting on the traffic problem on Pinemont Avenue and asked whether sidewalks would be installed. Alderman Laking advised sidewalks would have to be looked into by the Public Works Committee. Alderman Thompson asked for clarification on the lots included in the proposed subdivision and the Planning Officer and the Developer were called upon for information. Alderman Ranger advised the ~’ City's Phasing Policy should be reviewed as to the number of homes to be built in each of the City's three sectors.
