January 21st, 1977, Mr. L. Melnechenko, Assistant City Engineer, be
permitted to attend a two-day workshop on Utility Location and Co-

ordination, being sponsored by the American Public Works Association in

Vancouver during the period March 24th to 25th inclusive, 1977, and that

his registration fee therefore in the amount of $85.00 and some out—of-

pocket expenses for meals only be provided by the City. Carried.

; City Engineer re From the City Engineer, January 19th, 1977, advising with respect

‘removable fence-
Aggie Park to construction of 4 fence at Aggie Park as previously approved by

Council, that a preliminary quotation received for a 4' high galvanized
chain link type coated with green vinyl mesh confirms that the fence

could be supplied and installed for less than $2,000.00. The City Engineer
further stated that the fance could be removed ard re-installed as necessary.

19th, 1977, a removable 4' high galvanized chain link fence, coated with
green vinyl mesh, be purchased and installed immediately prior to commencement
of the softball season at Aggie Park at a cost of approximately $2,000.00.
