BY-LAW NO. 1423

A By-law to amend the ‘Renainders of Lots 6, 7, and 8, Block

H, District Lot 289, Plan 1763 South Side Baptist Church Exemption from

Taxation By-law, 1970, No. 1022",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The first recital of the "Kemainders of Lots 6, 7, and 8,
Block H, District Let 289, Plan 1763 South Side Baptist Church Exemption

from Taxation By~law, 1970, No. 1022" is amended by inserting "Remainder

of the South half of Lot 5 and the" between the words "the" and "Remainders".

2. Section 1 of the By-law is amended by inserting "Remainder of
the South half of Lot 5 and the" between the words "the'' and "Remainders".
3. The Title of By-law No. 1022 as enacted by Section 3 thereof

is amended by inserting '"S's5," between the word "Lots" and the figure
“gt,

4. This By~law may be cited for all purposes as the “Remainders

of Lots $5, 6, 7, and 8, Block H, District Lot 289, Plan 1763 South

Side Baptist Church Exemption from Taxation By-law, 1970, No. 1022,

Amendment By-law, 1976, No. 1423".
