A by-law te stop up and close to traffic portions of Imperja
Avenue and lane in District Lots 466 and 480, Group One, New Westminster
District, in the City of Port Coquitlam. , .

WHEREAS pursuant to Subsection (1b) of Section 513 of the “Municipal

Act", being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960, and
Amendments thereto, the Municipal Council may by by-law stop up and close to
“traffic a highway or any portion of a highway;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of high—
way hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City

of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1, All those portions of Imperial Avenue and lane in District Lots 466
"and 480, Group One, New Westminster District, which may be more particularly

described as follows:

“as shown outlined red on the Plan attached hereto are hereby stopped up and

closed to traffic.

2. ' This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Imperial Avenue

and Lane, District Lots 466 and 480, Road Closure By-law, 1972, No. 1219".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-seventh day

of November, 1972.

Read 2 second time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-seventh day

of November, 1972.
