Council in principle.
Burke Mountain Trail Riders
As you can see from the attached letter the above
group is planning a benefit dance for Debbie Booth
to raise funds to send her to the 1984 Games for
the handicapped, in New York. Normally, for fund
raising functions, we charge $ 30.50 per hour
for
the gym. This fund raising function is no different than P.C.A.A.A. raising funds to send a team
to a championship - they would be charged $ 30'.50.
Recommendation
That the Burke Mountain Trail Riders be treated in
a similar manner as any fund raising project and

that the charge of $ 30 .50 per hour be charged as
stated in our policy.
