Z The leaflet distribution and the rally are actions in a nation- wide struggle against ratification of the London-Paris Agreement for a new German army — a struggle that embraces many or- ganizations and groups. The Canadian Peace Congress will send a mass lobby to Ottawa on January 10 as part of its na- tional drive against the plan to rearm Germany. Lobbyists will press MPs to vote against the ratification bill. Keynote of the Peace Congress campaign is: “Do not allow your MP to be forced to vote on this plan until you have forcefully expressed to him your personal opinion. Unless you do this you have not done your duty to your home or your country.” The Congress of Canadian Wo- men has also launched a national appeal to all Canadian women to make their voices heard against the revival of German militarism. “The time has come,” said Mrs. M.
