That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit Application No. 7/94
for 1730 Broadway Street under Section 976 of the Municipal Act; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed, subject to:
a. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; and

b. Submission of Landscape Plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department,

c. Satisfaction of Building Department concems;

100/92 and Development Permit Application No. 101/92 for 2300 Block Pitt River Road.

That Council approve an extension of Rezoning Application No. 100/92 and Development
Permit Application No. 101/92 for a period of one year, commencing April 26, 1994, subject to
the payment of $925.43, in accordance with the provisions of the "Development Procedures
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2243".
