THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO, 2769

WHEREAS pursuant to Section 985 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290, R.S.B.C., 1979,
the Council established Statutory Reserve Funds;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to expend a portion of the monies set aside in the
Reserve Funds;

NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The sums hereinafter specified are hereby appropriated from the respective Reserve Funds
to be expended from the following purposes for the year 1992:

Public Works Special Capital $ 75,759.25
Road Deveiopment Cost Charges 781,122.46
Drainage Development Cost Charges 268,281.46
Riverwood Drainage Development Cost Charge Reserve 120,945.00
Water Area No. | Development Cost Charges 130,204.20
Water Area No. 2 Development Cost Charges 605.27
Water Area No. 3 Development Cost Charges 605.26
Water Area No. 4 Development Cost Charges 605.26
Water Area No. 5 Development Cost Charges 66,788.03
Water Area No. 6 Development Cost Charges 605.26
Sewer Area No. | Development Cost Charges 1,210.53
Sewer Area No. 2 Development Cost Charges 1,210.53
Sewer Area No. 3 Development Cost Charges 1,210.52
Park Development Cost Charges 204,267.30
Park Development Cost Charges Interest 6,545.35

Should any of the above amounts remain unexpended after the expenditures hereby
authorized has been made, any unexpended balances shall be returned to the credit of the
specified Reserve Fund.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Statutory Reserve Funds Expenditure
Bylaw, 1993, No. 2769”.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The Corporation of thy
