The facility has very recently been designated as a hospital by

Order of the Lieutenant Governor in Council (copy enclosed).

Please have the appropriate traffic signs posted along Tyner and
Hawthorne Avenue to reflect this change. coe

It would also be appreciated if a lower speed limit, i.e. 30
Kilometres per hour, also be posted on hoth streets for safety

reasons.
