That City Council waive the four week display timeline Identified in
Section 6.3.4(b), of the Bylaw to Regulate Signs and permit the PoCo Saints
Intermediate/Junior/Senlor Lacrosse leagues to leave their sign in place until
the end of July, 1992.

From the Director of Building, May 6th, 1992, regarding Removal of a
Covenant under Section 215 of the Land Titles Act.

That the Mayor and City Clerk authorize the removal of the Covenant.
That the $5,000 security deposit be released.

From the City Clerk, May 7th, 1992 regarding a Latecomer Charge Waiver
Agreement ~ 3787 Coast Meridian Road.

At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Roy and Janet Lundrie
on the 5th day of May, 1992, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and services
described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed by the
said Roy and Janet Lundrie in connection with the developmeat of the lands
described as:

Parcel "A” (Ex, Plan 23621), Lot 20, Section 12,
Township 39, Plan 11116, New Westminster District

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall
constitute “excess or extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the

Municipal Act.

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and
that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the
City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.
