and Marketing of Recyclable Materials ~ Award of Contract.

That Council award the contract for processing and marketing of recyclable
materials for 1992 to E.T.L. Environmental Technology Ltd. at an estimated
cost of $164,000 subject to approval of the 1992 operating budget for
recycling (Environmental Protection).
