BYLAW NO. 2505

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Waterworks Regulation Bylaw, 1970, No. 991",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in
open meeting aesembled, enacts ag follows:

1. Section 11 of the “City of Port Coquitlam Waterworks Regulation Bylaw,
1970, No. 991" is repealed and the following substituted therefor:

“11. Applications for the turning on or off of the water service to any
premises shall be made in writin

g to the City Clerk accompanied by a
fee of $25.00."

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam

Waterworks Regulation Bylaw, 1970, No. 991, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No.
2505”.
