SUBJECT: Centennial Pool Renovations

Recommendation

That Tritan Construction Ltd. be awarded the contract for
the renovations to Centennial Pool at a cost of $236,800.

Background & Comments

The two low bidders Tessa Construction Ltd.& Key Engineering Ltd. do
not satisfy the criteria ag laid out in the tender documents. Tritan
Construction Ltd. is being recommended for the renovations at a cost
of $236,800. The completion of the renovations is scheduled for the
middle of June.

Attached to this report is a summary of the bids.
