The proposed fees and charges schedule was developed after
thoroughly researching sinilar schedules in Surrounding
coumunities. It has been designed to start addressing some of the
discrepancies that now exist while Still being fair and reasonable.
It has also been designed to mininize the effects of inflation and
to continue to reduce our reliance on the tax base,
