To prepare a bylaw rezoning the Ramnant of
Lot 50 S.W. Quarter of Section 7, Plan 29352
from RS~2 Large Lot Single Family to RS-=|
Single Family Zoning Olstrict.

COMMENTS:

1. This applicatton to fill in part of the low density area
between the two large RS$~1| subdivisions along Victoria
Orive conforms to the draft Community Plan designation of
thls area as a priority area for devetopment,.

Due to Topography of the property and presence of s‘treams
the subdivision will contain a mix of lot slzes varying

upward from a standard 500 square meter Jots,

Access to the property will Initially be from a road
connecting to Victorta,. In the long term when the property
to the west Is developed, Laurler Avenue wil! be the main
route of travel. It should be noted that this property

wlll be constructing a link of Laurler Avenue,
