NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ZONING BYLAW
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on
November 29th, 1982 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed

bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquittam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No.

1651".

Bylaw No. 1922: © to rezone those portions of that certain parcel
of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as Lot 124, District Lot 289, Group One,
Reference Plan 64903, New Westminster District that are not now
zoned P=l from RS-1 to Pel. .

This property is located at the southeast corner of Wilson Avenue
and Mary Hill Road and-it is the site of the “Terry Fox Library”
being constructed by The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam.

A copy of the propased bylaw may be inspected in the Office of the

City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above,

between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p-m., on working days, November

16th, 1982 to November 29th, 1982.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the bylaw.
