From the Leisure Activities Committee, September 28th, 1979 advising
that the Bantam Tournament will be held from March 31st to April 5th,
1980 and recommending that the Minor Hockey Association be permitted to
“use the facilities at the Arena, that ice rental charges be waived for
half the ice time used on March 31st, April 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th, and
on April 4th, 1980, Good Friday, full ice rental charges be paid, and
that the question of the use of the concession be deferred until the
Port Coquitlam Amateur Athletic Association bring in their report on
. the possible operation of the concession.

That as recommended by the Leisure Activities Committee, September
28th, 1979 the Minor Hockey Association be permitted to use the facilities
at the Arena to host the Bantam Hockey Tournament to be held from March
31st to April 5th, 1980;

That ice rental charges be waived for half the ice time used for
March 31st, April lst, 2nd, 3rd and Sth, and full ice rental charges be
paid on April 4th, 1980, Good Friday;

AND THAT the question of the use of the concession be deferred
until Port Coquitlam Amateur Athletic Association bring in their report

on the possible operation of the concession.

that the engine te removed from the Old Fire Ladder Wagon and that the
engine be. auctioned off and not the vehicle, that the Ladder Wagon be
located in Sun Valley Park and that the Parks Department ensure that the
vehicle be secured safely in Sun Valley Park.
