THE CORPORATION OF ‘THE CETY OF PORT COQUITLAM NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BY-LAW The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, February 18th, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651". By-law No. 1734: to rezone (a) Lots 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block 22, District Lot 464, Group 1, Plan 2241, New Westminster District, and; (b) Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18, Block 22, District Lot 464, Group 1, Plan 2290, New Westminster District; from RM-2 to RM~4. This property is located on the North side of the 2000 Block Coquitlam Avenue and it is expected that a 5l-unit three storey apartment with underground parking will be constructed following completion of the rezoning procedures. It is anticipated thar the structure will contain 42 two bedroom units and 9 one bedroom units with parking provided for 77 cars.
