Alderman Traboulay introduced a by-law to amend the Annual Budget
for The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam for the year 1978.

Carried.
Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Wright asked
for clarification of the By-law and the City Treasurer commented on
