September 27th, 1976 Prior tc passage of the foregoing resolution, a discussion ensued erman Ranger inquired as to whether the applicants would be required to construct the sidewalk which presently ends at 845 Prairie Avenue along the frontage of the property proposed to be rezoned. The City Engineer advised that this provision was not required as there was no subdivision involved; however, it was generally agreed that the applicant should construct the portion of sidewalk referred to by Alderman Ranger, and the following. motion was proposed: Moved by Alderman Ranger: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That the foregoing proposed resolution be amended by adding the following at the end thereof: "provided that the applicant construct at his own expense, a continuation of the present sidewalk which ends at the Westerly boundary of his property and 845 Prairie Road Eastward along the frontage of the portion thereon to be rezoned."
