The City Administrator, in his report, further recommended that Miss Johanna Kathleen Taylor, the present Recreation Programme Supervisor, be appointed to the position of Recreation Director. That the Parks aud Recreation Director's position be revised with the area of responsibility being chiefly related to the recreation function in- cluding the supervision of the Recreation Centre; 2. That the present arrangements with parks maintenance operating under the Engineering Department be retained; 3. That Miss Johanne Kathleen Taylor be and she is hereby appointed to the position of Recreation Director for The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam under the terms of the redefined job description therefor as .
