AS of last Friday, a ‘total of
5,529 students had enrolled in
clementary. and’ high schools
throughout the district. That’s
down slightly from last year’s
total of 5,533 students at the
end of September. But Skip
Bergsma, assistant. superinten-
dent of schools, expects ap-
proximately another 60  stu-
dents to enroll before the end
of the month.
