said road allowance a distance of 630.84' more or less to the point
of commencement , containing by admeasurement 0.48 acres, be the same
more or less;
all shown included within the green outline on a By-law Plan prepared by
G.H. Murray, B.C.L.S. and dated March 31st, 1977, a copy of which is attached
hereto at or for the price or sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and in exchange for
those certain parcels or tracts of land described in the next Section hereof.
2. The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam is hereby authorized
to purchase of and from the said Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises which
may be more particularly described as follows:
(a) All that portion of Lot 12 of the North West 3: of Section 6,
Township 40, Plan 1329, which may be more particularly described
as follows:

Commencing at a point on the westerly boundary of Lot 12

aforesaid, the said point lying S 0°32'22" E a distance of 110.0!

from the north-westerly corner thereof;

thence, N B9°43'15" E and parallel to the northerly boundary
of Lot 12 aforesaid a distance of 50.0' to a point;

thence, S 0°32'22" & and parallel to the westerly boundary of
Lot 12 aforesaid a distance of 211.73' more or less to en intersection
with the southerly boundary of Lot 12 aforesaid;

thence, S 89°37'33" W and following the said southerly boundary
of Lot 12 a distance of 50.0' more or less to the south-westerly
corner thereof;
