RECOMMENDATION:

1. That the Clerk's Office be authorized to endorse this Strata Title
Application; and

2. Registration of a Restrictive Convenant on the property to prevent new
buildings from being converted to contain secondary suites.

BACKGROUND:

This application is for Strata Title of an existing duplex RT-1 (Two
Family Residential).
