When completed, Phase 1 will consist of two lighted softball diamonds, one new soccer
field, one relocated soccer field, lights for the tennis courts, new parking lot, change facility,
(fieldhouse) road access to school parking lot, park entry feature, pathways, plantings and a
closed system for all underground services.

Funds are available in the Tax
Sale Reserve as outlined above.
