A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 22407

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which are more particularly described as:

Lot 8, Lot 37,

District Lot 380 District Lot 380

Group One Group One

Plan 19044 Plan 22342

New Westminster District New Westminster District

Vest 220 feet of Lot "A"

Except: South Weat 125 feet by 220 feet having a
frontage of 125 feet on the west boundary
of said lot and 220 feet on the south
boundary of said lot.

Plan 5747

New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from RS~1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240” is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw way be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2709".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 24th day of August, 1992.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 24th day of August, 1992.

Public Hearing held this 14th day of September, 1992.

Intent of the Bylaw:
