THAT this application be appreved toa proceed for rezoning from A-1
Agricultural to RM-3 Townhouses under Section 963 of the Municipal Act and
for amendment to the Official Community Plan Designation from
"Residential" to "Apartment" subject to:

1. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning;

Satisfaction of Engineering requirements;

Input into requirements for protecting the sanitary sewer force main
from the GVS & DD;

Approval from the Superintendent of dykes, Ministry of Environment;

Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and
Recreation Director; and .

6. Satisfaction of Building Departments concerns.

THAT the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit
5/923. and

C. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the document when completed
subject to the conditions noted above.
