April 8, 1991/078 A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, April 8th, 1991, at 7330 pom. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Aldermen M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, RH. Talbot, M.A. Thompson and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were the City. Administrator BR.
