(7) SIDE YARDS: (a) Where a lct borders on a highway, a side yard shall be provided adjacent to the highway, and shall be of the sane depth as the front yard required pursuant to this Bylaw. . Cb) For buildings not exceeding six storeys in height side yards ° shall not be less than 7.5 m (24.6 ft.) in depth. . (c) For buildings exceeding six storeys in height, a yard equal to .3 of the building height is required on each side of the bullding. In no case shall the width of each side yard be less than 7.5 m (24.6 ft.) nor shali the total of both side yards be less than 402 of the total width of the building. (8) HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS: (a) The height of principal buildings shall not exceed 30 n (98.4 £t.) measured from the natural grade. (b) The height of accessory buildings shall not exceed 4.5 m (15 ft.) measured from the natural grade. (9) ACCESSORY OFF-STREET PARKING: Accessary Off-Street Parking shall be provided in accordance with Division 2 of ‘Development Management Bylaw, 1987, No. 2242" ,* 7.
