THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITIE’, BYLAW NO. 2509 U A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" AUG 13 1990 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. The CD (Comprehensive Development) zoning now assigned to that ertain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which =; more particularly described as: Lot A District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 70646 New Westminster District; is amended to permit the development of the property in accord with the CD (Comprehensive Development) regulations for the property enacted by this Bylaw. Notwithstanding the permitted uses described under "Part Xil -Comprehensive Development Zone", the uses permitted within the aforementioned land shall be restricted to those listed in Schedule “I" which is attached hereto and forms part of this Bylaw. Development of the property shall be in substantial compliance with the plans anc specifications shown in Schedule "II", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Bylaw, 4. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2509”. Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 11th day of June, 1990.
