THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2520

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: -

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
hereby leases unto Michael Gallant and Crystal Sullivan the lands
described in the Schedule "A" attached hereto for the period of time and
on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in the Lease attached

hereto and marked Schedule "AT.

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
ave hereby authorized to sign and the said Lease on behalf of the City and
to affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Rental Agreement (2288
Wilson Avenue) Authorization Bylaw, 1990, No. 2520"
