THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2516 aad A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" JUL 23 1890 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot 1, being a 0.3750 ha portion of Lot 2 as shown on a proposed subdivision plan prepared by Robert M. Reese B.C.L.S. and dated June lith, 1990 District Lot 463 Group One Plan 69169 New Westminster District; is hereby rezoned from RS-2 (Smali Lot Residential) to C-4 (Town Centre Commercial) and the Zening Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. A copy of the proposed subdivisien plan referred to in Section 1 is attached to this bylaw as Scheduie “A” and made a part hereof. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2516”. Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of June, 1990.
