A Bylaw to amend

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in

open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

L. Section 6 0 1987, No. 2242” is

a repealed and the following substituted: _

"6. Required Off-Street Parking Spaces:

cep | | Off-Street Parking spaces shall be provided for each use of a building or
: structure in the amount set out in this Section. In the case of a use not
| apecifically mentioned, the required off-street parking spaces shall be

an yan Ct the same as for the most similar use:

| (a) Single-Family and two-family 2 for each dweiling

dwellings

| (b) Multiple-Famtly Dwellings:
| 4) Townhouses 2 for each dwelling unit
