Intent of the Proposed Bylaw: - to rezone:

The 0.279 ha portion of Lot 416, Northwest Quarter of
Section 6, Township 40, Plan 40349, New Westminster
District, lying in the southwest corner thereof and
measuring 38.1m from the west property line and
73.204m from the south property line.

from P<1 (Civic Institutional) to RM-3 (Town House Apartment).

Location of Property Artected:
East side of the 3300 Block Ulster Street,

Purpose of the Bylaw:
To permit the construction of townhouses on the property.

Further Information:

A copy of the proposed bylaw may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to
4:30 p.sm., on regular business days, from the date of this Notice until the Public

Hearing.

Also available for inspection are copies of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No, 2240" (which would be amended by the proposed bylaw) and various reports and olans
referring specifically to the purpose of the amending bylaw.

Public Participation:

At the hearing all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the
proposed bylaw will be afforded an opportunity to be heard or to cresent written
submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw.
