A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, jin open
meetinj assembled, enacts as follows: 7

Those certain parcels of tand situated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which
are more particularly described as:

District Lot 465

Group One

Pian 1189

New Westminster District

's hereby rezoned from RS=-1 (Single Family Residential) To RT-1 (Two Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Byiaw,
'979, No, 1651" is nereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for.all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning

Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1986, No. 2218". |
