Intent of the Proposed Bviaw: to rezone:

1. Those portions of Lots 2,3,4, and 5, Pian 6269; and Lots 1,2,3,4,5, and 6, Pian
6358; lying North of the Highway shown on Statutory Right-of-Way Plan 68301 (Mary
Hil! Bypass); in District Lots 231 and 232, New Westminster District;, now zoned
RS=-2 (Single Family Residential):

from RS-2 (Single Family Residential) to RS-1 (Single Family Residential)

Those portions of Lots 2, 3, and 5, Plan 6269; and Lots 1, 2, and 3, Plan 6258;
lying South of the Highway shown on Statutory Right-of-Way Plan 68501 (Mary Hi|
Bypass); in District Lots 231 and 232, New Westminster District;

from RS-2 (Single Family Residential!) to C=1 (Local Commercial).

That portion of Lot 4, Plan 6269; lying South of the Highway shown on Statutory
Right-of-Way Pian 68301 (Mary HII! Bypass); in District Lot 232, New Westminster

District;

from RS-2 (Single Family Residential.) to C-3 (Community Commercial! }

Location of Property Affected:
1800 Block Harbour Street (both north and south of the Mary Hill Bypass)

Purpose of the Bylaw:
To permit the subdivision of properties in the 1800 Block Harbour Drive bisected bv

the Mary Hil! Bypass and to permit single family residential use on those parts of the
property lying north of the Bypass and commercial use of the property lying south of
the Bypass, including, on the lot proposed to be zoned C~3, a neighbourhood public

house.

A copy of the proposed bylaw may be Inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port

Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m to
4:30 p.m., on regular business days, from the date of this Notice until the Public
Hearing.

Also available for inspection are copies of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" (which would be amended by the proposed bylaw) and various reports and
plans referring specifically to the purpose of the amending bylaw.
